the other 10-15 percent will lead to a secondary bacterial infection. the secondary bacterial infections get passed to many other people. by prescribing an antibiotic you in fact reduce the suffering and death for many others. oh and by the way dead bacteria never mutate into resistant strains. i spent years wading through all the scientific crap out there.

Antibiotics do not kill infections. Antibiotics kill ONLY bacteria. Infections are the results not the cause. Many things can cause infections; bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, fungus, etc. You get the idea.

Antibiotics DO NOT kill viruses! Sinus problems are many times due to an imbalance of beneficial bacteria in your gut. Antibiotics WILL kill bacteria including the beneficial bacteria in your gut. By taking antibiotics are you actually worsening the sinus problem. Powdered vitamin C and probiotics are the answer. Google “probiotics” if you are unfamiliar with the term.
