How hard would it be to make enough flu vaccine for everyone?

How hard would it be to make enough flu vaccine for everyone? Instead of rationing health care (flu shots), wouldn’t it be better to make more of it?

  1. Hi, I’m a doctor from NY city. It’s very easy. Use Tamiflu Vaccine. All instruction about your question here. http://our-health.notlong.com/AAQ9Z1v

  2. Yeah, let’s spend all that money to do that for the 0.000001625% chance you die from it (not an exagerration..that’s literally how likely you are to die from it).

Jesus Christ people, 6500 people in the WHOLE WORLD have died from this and most of them were in a bad health situation to begin with. Why all this fraidy cat attitude over the swine flu when the regular flu kills about 10x more people PER YEAR?

  3. you know- I don’t know the answer to this- i know they always plan on having many more than they wind up having- it could be related to contamination (they grow the vaccines in chicken eggs and have to run each batch through multiple tests and if it’s contaminated the whole batch has to be thrown out)… From my understanding the live attenuated vaccine is easier to produce and so there is more of it available- but only those who are healthy enough to receive it can take it- and so those who are at the highest risk from the flu (seasonal or H1N1) are selected to recieve the inactivated vaccine first.. hope that helps…
